eSurprise accepts orders On Line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, however eSurprise Gift Boxes will only be delivered Monday to Friday between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm. (E.S.T.). GENERAL DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES
On most occasions, when the order has been placed before 10 am delivery will be dispatched within one working day. For orders placed after 10.00 am delivery will be 1-2 working days. Whereas all care is taken delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

CAN I DELIVER A GIFT MYSELF?
Yes! If you would like to personally deliver your gift you can do so by nominating your home or business address as the point of delivery. When the gift box arrives all you need to do is remove the outer packaging and you’re ready to go!

CAN GIFTS BE DELIVERED TO SOMEONE WHO IS IN HOSPITAL?
Yes, all deliveries to patients in Hospital will be delivered care of the nominated Hospital reception. Before ordering please be certain that the person to whom the gift is for will be a hospital patient in 2 -3 days time and provide us with the name under which they are registered as well as the location within the hospital. E.G. Maternity ward.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES
eSurprise deliver gifts overseas upon request. Delivery expectations and freight costs will be confirmed prior to sending the gift. eSurprise utilize Australia Post for this service.

MULTIPLE DELIVERIES
For multiple gift deliveries to the same address, freight costs will be confirmed prior to sending the gifts.

MAKING AN ORDER
All prices listed on www.esurprise.com.au are inclusive of GST.

Placement of an order constitutes entering into the terms and conditions set out in this section. eSurprise will confirm your order by email. You will receive confirmation that your order has been processed and an electronic invoice. eSurprise reserve the right to substitute a product temporarily not available for a product of equal or greater, quality and cost. eSurprise's agreement with you comes into existence once eSurprise have confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received.

Please be advised that paying by Cheque, Money Order or Direct Bank Transfer eSurprise Gift Boxes will not be released until money is cleared with National Australia Bank.

OUR PRICES
Prices are all quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST. A break down of these costs are provided for your records on your invoice.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact eSurprise immediately on 1300 655 067. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of eSurprise.

RETURNS AND CREDITS
Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information often results in delays in delivery. If eSurprise is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details, that charge will be passed onto you.

All cancellations of gift orders must be made within 48 hours prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.

All delivery requests are an approximate only. PLEASE NOTE, we cannot accept a specified delivery time.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform eSurprise if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

If your gift has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items according to our discretion, with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Just repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible with the packing slip. Follow these simple steps.

For your security please return the damaged product, using an insured delivery service, ie. Australia Post and retain your receipt.

Unwanted goods are credited at the discretion of eSurprise.

Esurprise is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning your gift because it is damaged or defective, eSurprise will reimburse you with the cost of the postage.

Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of agreement, and does not entitile cancellation of an order.

Esurprise will endeavour to supply the exact products ordered, however we reserve the right in some cases, such as non-availability, to provide substitute products that will be of equal or greater value

CHRISTMAS ORDERS
Orders will be accepted as late in December as possible, however to avoid any disappointment we suggest that you place your orders by 09 December 2005.

GIFT CARDS
We are pleased to enclose your personal hand written message with each gift on the eSurprise complimentary gift card. Please be advised that eSurprise accepts no responsibility whatsoever for misspelt names and addresses on the gift card. It is up to the client to advise our consultants of any varied spelling of the recipients name or address.

eSURPRISE GIFT CERTIFICATES
eSurprise will issue Gift Certifcates to the recipient if you cannot make a choice on an eSurprise Gift Box.
